Mike began work as a software developer, producing custom metrology software used by clients including British Nuclear Fuels and Rolls Royce.
After a brief move into healthcare with a product designed to capture patient data in hospital wards, he began writing for top UK computing magazines .NET, PC Plus, PCW and others.
Mike migrated to TechRadar ten years ago, where he's written hundreds of reviews on VPNs, antivirus apps, security suites and more.
Although reviewing is fun, Mike has a lot of more unusual ideas he'd like to try: and that's where VPNResearch comes in. No selling, no 'Best buy' lists, no telling you things you know already and can read everywhere else: we're far more interested in uncovering interesting VPN facts, figures and stories through our own original research and projects.
